- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 4 lettuce leaves

Method
- Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear.
- Place the rice in a rice cooker or pot with 2 cups of water and cook according to the instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- When the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and add the vinegar mixture. Mix gently to combine.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the beaten eggs and cook, stirring occasionally, until set.

- Add a layer of rice, followed by a slice of ham, sliced avocado, and the egg mixture.
