Method

  1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes or until soft.

  10. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

Notes

If you prefer your chow mein to be spicier, you can add some chili flakes or hot sauce to the sauce mixture. You can also add other vegetables such as bok choy, snow peas, or cabbage.
