- 1 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish

1. In a wok or a large frying pan, heat up 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat. 2. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
