- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 cups rice crispy cereal
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- Parchment paper
- Mixing bowl
- Saucepan

Method
- Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey.
- Microwave the peanut butter and honey mixture for 30 seconds, or until melted and smooth.
- Add the rice crispy cereal and salt to the melted peanut butter and honey mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly with a spatula.
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the rice crispy mixture and use a spatula to spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate the dish for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate has set.
- Remove the rice crispy mixture from the pan and cut it into squares.

Notes
