Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of green beans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of onions, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups of chicken broth

Method

  1. Soak the bihon noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes or until softened. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add the chicken and shrimp to the pan and cook until they are no longer pink.

  7. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked and slightly browned.
  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.

  • You can add other vegetables such as bell peppers, celery, and snow peas.
  • You can also use pork or beef instead of chicken.
