- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 cup water

Method
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak to the skillet and season with chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned.
