Method
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the plantain chunks. Cook for around 15 minutes or until the plantains are soft. 2. Drain the water and mash the plantains using a blender or food processor until they form a smooth dough. 3. In a separate skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until they are soft and translucent. 4. Add the garlic, ground beef or pork, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
