Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced salmon, cooked brown rice, chopped green onions, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Add the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs to the bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties, using about 1/4 cup of the mixture per patty.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
