Ingredient

Method

  1. Heat up the vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the diced onions and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become translucent.

  3. Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes until it is no longer pink.

  5. Add the curry powder, thyme, seasoning powder, and salt to the pan. Stir until the rice is well coated with the spices.
  6. Cover the pan and let the rice cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  7. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let the rice sit for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
