- 4 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of carrots, diced

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons of curry powder
- 2 teaspoons of thyme
- 2 teaspoons of seasoning powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt

Method
- Heat up the vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the diced onions and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become translucent.
- Add the diced carrots, green beans, sweet corn, and peas to the pan. Sauté for 5 minutes until they become tender.
- Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes until it is no longer pink.
