- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup molasses

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups water

Method
- Place the onion, carrots, celery, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper in a large pot.
- Add the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, molasses, salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, garlic, and water to the pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 45 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
