- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- A few curry leaves
- Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
- Once the mustard seeds splutter, add urad dal and chana dal.
- Stir in the chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves and sauté until the onions turn translucent.
- Add the grated mango and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mangoes become soft and tender.
- Add cooked rice and salt to taste and mix well until everything is well combined.
- Turn off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with papads and raita.

- You can use any variety of mango for this recipe, but make sure it is ripe and sweet.
