Ingredients

Method

1. Heat 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced flank steak and cook for 3-4 minutes or until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside. 2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and sauté the onions, carrots, and celery until they are tender. 3. Add the minced garlic and frozen peas to the skillet and cook for another minute. 4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through. 5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables and eggs. 6. Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and stir to combine. 7. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the rice and stir to combine. 8. Cook the rice for 5-7 minutes or until it is heated through and the flavors have combined.
