Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk

Method

Rice Krispie Logs:

  1. Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the Rice Krispies cereal and salt.
  3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter on high for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Stir the vanilla extract into the marshmallow mixture.
  6. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until well combined.

  12. Roll the Rice Krispie mixture tightly into a log shape, starting from one end and using the wax paper to help roll.
  13. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.

Cream Cheese Filling:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk, and beat until well combined.

Notes
