Method

  6. Add chopped tomatoes and green chili and fry till the tomatoes become soft.
  7. Add all the spices - coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder. Fry for a minute.
  8. Add chopped vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add soaked rice, water, and salt. Mix well.
  10. Cover the pressure cooker and cook on high flame till 1 whistle.
  11. Reduce the flame to low and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  12. Turn off the flame and let the pressure release naturally.
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
