Method

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

  11. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve hot.

Notes

  • If you prefer your fried rice to have a bit of heat, you can add some red pepper flakes to the wok when you add the soy sauce.
  • You can also add other vegetables to the fried rice such as bell peppers or broccoli.
