Ingredients

Method
1. Rinse the rice and pasta separately under running water and soak them for 10 minutes. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to crackle, add onion, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté until onions turn translucent. 3. Add tomatoes and cook until they become mushy. 4. Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well. 5. Add the soaked rice and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. 6. Add the soaked pasta and 2 more cups of water. Mix well and cook until the rice and pasta are fully cooked. 7. Serve hot with your favorite garnish.
