  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions

Method

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

  9. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the wok and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes or until everything is well combined and heated through.
  10. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped scallions.
