Method

  1. Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the rice flour to the pan and roast it for 5-7 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the rice flour to a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the grated jaggery to the mixing bowl and mix well.
  5. Heat a small pan over medium heat and add the chopped cashew nuts, almonds, and raisins.
  6. Roast the nuts and raisins for 2-3 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  7. Add the roasted nuts and raisins to the mixing bowl and mix well.
  8. Add the cardamom powder to the mixing bowl and mix well.
  9. Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into a ball.
  10. Repeat the process to make more rice laddus.
  11. Store the rice laddus in an airtight container.

Notes

  • The amount of jaggery can be adjusted according to your taste.
  • You can also add other nuts like pistachios or walnuts.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add a little bit of melted ghee.
