Here's what you'll need to make this frozen rice krispie treat recipe:- 6 cups of Rice Krispie cereal
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 1 package of mini marshmallows
- 1 pint of vanilla ice cream

- Parchment paper
- Mixing bowl
- Spatula
Method
1. Begin by lining a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper. 2. Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl in the microwave for about 30 seconds. 3. Add the mini marshmallows to the bowl with the melted butter and microwave for another 30 seconds until the marshmallows are melted. 4. Stir in the Rice Krispie cereal until everything is well combined. 5. Press half of the Rice Krispie mixture into the bottom of the pan in an even layer. 6. Soften the vanilla ice cream by leaving it at room temperature for a few minutes. 7. Spread the ice cream on top of the Rice Krispie layer. 8. Top the ice cream layer with the remaining Rice Krispie mixture, pressing it down gently. 9. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight. 10. Once the treat is completely frozen, remove it from the pan and cut into squares.Notes
