  • 1/4 cup of chopped salted fish

Method

  1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the claypot over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.

  5. Add the carrot and stir-fry for another minute.

This dish can also be cooked in a regular pot if you don't have a claypot. Adjust the cooking time accordingly.
