- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Method
- Rinse the rice in cold water and soak it for 20 minutes.
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot and add the soaked rice. Cook it until it's almost done and strain it.
- In a wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Saute it until the onion turns translucent.

- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
