Ingredients

Method

  1. Rinse the rice in cold water and soak it for 20 minutes.

  7. Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry everything together.
  8. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.

  • You can substitute chicken with shrimp, beef, or pork.
