Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp green chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok or a large frying pan.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add diced capsicum, carrot, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and add beaten eggs on the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice and mix well with the vegetables and eggs.
  6. Add soy sauce, green chili sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Chinese Fried Rice is ready to serve.
